P.E. at Lighthouse
By Connor Morris (Age 9)
At Lighthouse, soccer is our P.E. class. We play at Sarzotti Park in Ojai and we have a great time there. We practice dribbling, passing, and playing games. Before we start, we run, jog, and do stretches. So far, we have learned about keeping the ball in control, two-touch passes, and shooting the ball. We are working on good sportsmanship, like not complaining about losing, not making fun of people, and saying “good game” even when you lose. It is a very exciting class. I am always tired after P.E., but it is fun. Soccer is a very enjoyable thing to do!
