This semester our students began Kung Fu
with Ojai renowned teacher, Sifu Tom, of the Mountain Institute of Kung Fu and Thai Chi. 
This will be the second year our students have had the opportunity to partake in this exceptional Kung Fu class!
They’ve started with learning techniques in self defense and the basic fundamentals of Kung Fu.
Over the semester they will be working with meditation, thinking in the moment, self control,
physical coordination, concentration, respect, and discipline.
