Awesome Trip!

On Friday, us kids at Lighthouse School of Ojai went to the Ojai Meadows to take a nature walk and we had lots of fun. We also learned that we have to stay safe. To stay safe, the rules of the trail are:
-Stay on the path
-Leave nature where you find it
-Be aware of your body on the trail
After walking for a mile, we meditated for 3 minutes and we listened to the sounds of nature and our surroundings. We heard children laughing on a playground. We also heard the wind and birds chirping. We heard cars driving and animals rustling in the grass and leaves. We think this trip was totally awesome!
