This week the students of the Lighthouse School of Ojai learned more about creating ‘People Files’ through the Social Thinking curriculum to help them learn more about the people in their lives. The students interviewed each other, asking questions about their likes, dislikes, future goals, and home lives. This helped them practice engaging in the kinds of conversations that make others around them feel comfortable and happy about conversing with them. In the coming weeks, the student will continue to create People Files about their family members to help them communicate with their friends and families on a more meaningful level!
