Carpinteria Seal Sanctuary Hike
Justine Savelli Hardy and Micaela Rose Ellis
On October 7th the kids at The Lighthouse School of Ojai went to the Carpinteria Seal Sanctuary beach hike to explore the amazing outdoors. We started by having lunch and Cutie Mandarin oranges. We started hiking and we saw eucalyptus trees and they smelled strong. We saw a small type of bird, and some seals. It was an amazing view from the cliff. The height was 100 ft above the beach! Behind us were views of mountains. It was sunny and in the mid 80s. The trip was amazing, and we all sang songs together.
